Mwangi is Nzoia Sugar FC Official attacking midfielder who is regarded as a string-pulling player typically with techniques of dripping from every pore, playing behind the team’s striker.
He operates in the spaces between central midfielder and the front line. He has the potential to defend in wide areas though he often push forward to press the opposition centre backs
Mwangi has the ability to pick out successful passes in wide range areas, switch the ball in transition, intricate passing play, controll possession and is able to dribble and keep the ball by shielding it under pressure thus cresting time to allow teammates to get into position.
He is also a technical proficient player in the team who creates chances in advanced areas by his ability to pass well, shoot and read the game with ease.
A great playmaker of all time who always creates goal scoring opportunities apart from scoring by himself.
He is currently among the KPL 2023 top scorers with 7 goals. He has scored a hatrick(against Wazito) and a brace(against Kariobangi Sharks FC) this season
